It all started with a Father, his son and football. Wanting to keep him close and teach him what it was to be a man, Coach 'G' raised young Mark Jr. using sports. Through intense hard work, dedication and God's Grace, Mark Jr. became a focused and skilled student athlete. 

After dreaming of championships, drawing pictures of what it might be like and journaling about rings, Mark Jr. was blessed to win TWO State Championships with his Father and one as the starting quarterback.

Following the triumph, college was calling and it was clear that The University of Florida was the place for young Mark to continue his journey. As a 'walk-on' he helped the Gators win a National Championship in 2006, preparing the starting defense for every opponent as a wide receiver.

Graduating from UF with a degree in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology, Mark began working for Bommarito Performance Systems and then received the Head Strength & Conditioning Coaching position at Bryant University.

With his education and experience combined with an incredible journey THE CHAMPION was born. Since 2013 MARK has served all people young and old guiding them towards excellence using food, exercise, sport, and a winning attitude. God willing he will continue doing this until his last breath.
